Job Vacancies
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of Secondary to support the leadership, development and day-to-day running of our secondary school.
Working closely with the Head of Secondary, you will play a key role in driving academic standards, supporting staff, and ensuring a positive, high-quality learning environment for all students.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the strategic direction and daily operations of the secondary school

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be committed to inclusive practice and enthusiastic about supporting students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school (EYFS/ Primary / Secondary)
- Identify and assess students requiring additional support; oversee individual education plans- Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies
- Monitor and evaluate interventions and support programmes
- Liaise effectively with parents, external agencies, and specialists
- Maintain documentation, records, and reporting in line with school policies
- Provide guidance and training for staff in SEND best practice
- Delivery of PSHE sessions and support for students’ wellbeing and social-emotional development
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified teacher status (QTS or equivalent)- Relevant SEND qualification (e.g., NASENCO) or significant SEND experience
- Demonstrated success in supporting students with a range of learning needs
- Strong understanding of current SEND approaches, research, and legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in an international or multilingual school setting (advantageous)
